1. Acceptance & scope
These terms are the agreement between you and PioMode for using the related services. By visiting the website, registering an account, downloading or using the client, purchasing resources, or using any PioMode feature, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
If you use PioMode on behalf of an organization, you confirm you're authorized to accept these terms on its behalf. If you do not agree to these terms, please stop accessing or using the service.
2. Service & account
2.1 Service
PioMode provides an AI agent workspace, model resource selection, browser and local file operations, code and specialized tool calls, memory and knowledge base, account connections, and related services. Specific features, available models, supported platforms and resources are as shown on the website, client or purchase page at the time.
2.2 Eligibility
You must have full legal capacity under the law of your jurisdiction. Users below the local age of majority should obtain consent from a parent or guardian and use the service under their guidance.
2.3 Account security
You must provide true, accurate and up-to-date information, and safeguard your password, verification codes, API keys, authorization tokens and devices. Unless PioMode expressly supports it, you may not rent, sell or share your account with others. You are responsible, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for activity resulting from your failure to safeguard credentials or from authorizing others to use your account; if you notice anything unusual, change your credentials immediately and contact us.
3. Model resources, pricing & billing
The PioMode client is currently free to download. Model tokens, network and other resources may be billed by actual usage or as shown on the relevant page. Public prices, discounts and estimates in the model catalog are for reference only when choosing — the final charge is based on the actual request, model response, metering rules and transaction records.
- Coins are the platform's internal resource pricing unit, used to calculate the price of model tokens and other resources — they are not legal tender, a deposit, a security, or a freely transferable financial asset;
- You should confirm the price, applicable model, validity period and refund terms before purchasing;
- Third-party model providers may adjust price, metering basis or availability, and PioMode may update the catalog accordingly;
- If a system error causes a clearly abnormal charge, you may request a review through the Help & Feedback channel;
- Except where required by applicable law or stated on the purchase page, digital resources already consumed generally cannot be reversed or refunded.
PioMode may charge for certain advanced features in the future. Any new paid item will be clearly shown before you purchase or enable it — it will not start charging you automatically just because these terms were updated.
4. Acceptable & lawful use
You may use PioMode for lawful development, office work, research, learning, creative and automation work, but must not do, or help do, any of the following:
- Violate applicable law, a court order, or infringe another party's lawful rights;
- Generate or spread illegal or harmful content, or engage in fraud, harassment, discrimination, exploitation or other harmful conduct;
- Access systems, accounts, devices or data without authorization, spread malware, or interfere with or bypass security measures;
- Steal an identity, credentials, payment method or network resource, or impersonate another person;
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, trade secrets or other rights;
- Harm the service, a third-party platform or other users through abnormal automation, high-frequency requests or other means;
- Violate the effective rules of a model, website, API, provider account, MCP, Skills or other third-party service you connect to;
- Resell, copy, reverse-engineer PioMode without authorization, or bypass usage limits, except where applicable law expressly allows it.
You are responsible for your own task instructions, connection configuration, tool permissions and execution results, and should perform necessary human review where files, accounts, websites, business data or third-party rights may be affected.
5. Your content & AI output
5.1 Your content
You retain the rights to prompts, files, code, data and other content you lawfully submit to PioMode. You grant PioMode the limited processing rights necessary to provide, maintain, protect and improve the services you use. You confirm you have the rights and authorization needed to submit and process this content.
5.2 Generated output
To the extent permitted by applicable law and third-party model rules, you may use output generated for you. However, AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, repetitive, or similar to others' output, and may be subject to third-party rights. PioMode does not guarantee any output is unique or eligible for intellectual property protection.
6. Third-party models, accounts & tools
PioMode supports using the model resources the platform provides, and also lets you connect your own API, a compatible service, a provider account, MCP, Skills, websites and other tools. Third-party services are independently operated by their respective providers, and their features, pricing, content policies, account risk controls, data handling and availability are governed by that third party's terms.
You authorize PioMode to send the information necessary to complete the task to your chosen third party, per your instructions, and to receive the result. The environment isolation, dedicated network egress or connection management capabilities PioMode provides are intended to improve consistency in your working environment — they are not a guarantee that a third-party account will never be restricted, banned, or remain continuously available, and must not be used to bypass a third party's lawful security or platform rules.
7. Software license, updates & termination
7.1 Software license
Subject to your compliance with these terms, PioMode grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the client on supported devices. Except for your own content and third-party materials, the rights in PioMode's software, interface, brand, copy and related technology are reserved by PioMode or the relevant rights holder.
7.2 Updates & availability
We may release updates, or adjust or discontinue certain features, models and resources, to improve the product, ensure security, respond to third-party changes, or meet legal requirements. The service may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance, network, device, third-party service issues or force majeure. We maintain the service on a reasonable-effort basis but do not promise any feature will always be uninterrupted or permanently available.
7.3 Suspension & termination
You may stop using the service and close your account through the means the product provides. If you violate these terms, create a security risk, fail to pay amounts owed, or if the law requires us to act, PioMode may restrict, suspend or terminate the relevant features, and will explain this to you where appropriate. Data handling after termination follows the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
8. Warranties, limitation of liability & indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available". PioMode makes no express or implied warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose of model output, the status of third-party services, or any specific result you obtain through the service.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PioMode is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service, including loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, data or business opportunity. PioMode's total direct liability relating to the service is capped at the amount you actually paid for the relevant service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability; liability that cannot be limited by law is not subject to this limit.
If PioMode incurs a third-party claim or reasonable expense because of your content, unlawful use, breach of these terms, or infringement of a third party's rights, you are responsible, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Changes to these terms, governing law & contact
9.1 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms in response to changes in the service or the law. Material changes will be announced via the website, client or other appropriate means. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the updated terms; if you disagree, please stop using the relevant service.
9.2 Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the law that applies to your relationship with PioMode's services. Disputes should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if that fails, either party may bring the matter to a court or dispute-resolution body with proper jurisdiction. Your mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection law are not affected by these terms.
9.3 Severability & entire agreement
If any part of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. PioMode's failure to promptly exercise a right does not waive that right. These terms, together with the policies they expressly reference, form the entire agreement between the parties regarding use of the service.
9.4 Contact us
If you have questions about these terms, your transaction records, or your account, please contact us through the "Help & Feedback" channel on the PioMode website or client.
